"Package showed up in great shape"
I ordered from comda.com the packaging was better than I thought it would be. The box wasn’t crushed or torn up or anything, and everything inside was wrapped neatly, which, actually, that’s the first thing I check with online orders.

Nothing was loose or damaged when I opened it, so that was a relief. It’s a small thing, but it really does make the whole order feel more solid. I’d order from them again.

"Proofing took a lot of back and forth"
I felt like the proofing process took more back and forth than it should have. You just want it to be simple and quick, but it ended up being kind of frustrating...

Just a warning to anyone who’s unsure or trying to figure everything out on their own: talk to the sales rep. They were really helpful and made the whole thing way easier than I expected

"Delivery was fine, just a bit slow"
My order from comda.com did show up, so that part was okay, but it took longer than I thought it would. The tracking was kind of slow to update too, which made the whole thing a little annoying. Nothing was missing or anything, so that was good. I just hope this delivery stuff is a bit more reliable next time...

"Ordering Again Wasn’t Worth the Hassle"
I gave them another chance and placed a repeat order, but it was the same frustrating experience all over again. The delivery was delayed, and they still sent the wrong items. Annoying, especially when you expect it to be easier the second time. Just a heads up to others, double-check everything and don’t assume a repeat order will go smoothly.

I ordered from COMDA and, i was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that usually seems to happen to me. But everything showed up exactly right, no missing items, no wrong prints, and it all matched what I picked. It was a simple experience, which was a relief for once. Happy with how it turned out.

"Decent, but the quality was just okay"
I ordered a few promo items from COMDA, and overall they were fine, but not exactly amazing. The printing looked decent, but a few of the pieces felt a little cheaper than I was expecting. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, but I’m not sure I’d order the same product again. Has anyone else noticed this with their items, or did I just pick something that wasn’t their best quality?

"Wish I’d waited for a deal"
It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do kind of regret paying full price. The order showed up fine and nothing really went wrong, I just expected a little more for what I spent. The value is okay, not terrible, but I probably should’ve waited for a discount. I’d consider using them again if the price was better

"Easy to customize exactly what I needed"
I was ordering some company items and was surprised by how easy Comda made the whole customization process. I could choose the item, upload our logo, and play around with the colors without feeling lost or overwhelmed. The preview was really helpful too because I could actually see how everything would look before placing the order. When it arrived, it turned out pretty much exactly how I pictured it. I’d definitely use them again for company stuff.

"Took longer than I expected"
Ordering was simple, so that part was fine. I just didn’t expect the turnaround time to be so slow. I kept thinking it would ship soon, but it dragged on longer than I planned, and the updates weren’t very quick either. Anyway... the products were okay once they finally showed up, I just wish the timing had been more clear before I placed the order.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I found what I needed on comda.com quickly, or at least quicker than I expected. The menus were fairly easy to follow, and checkout didn’t really give me any issues. The pages seemed to load fast too. It’s always nice when a site just kind of works without making things complicated.

"Good support, but my confidence took a small hit"
I had a minor issue with my order from comda.com, so I reached out to their support team to get it sorted out.

To be fair, they replied quickly and the person helping me was friendly. They explained what happened and fixed it without dragging me through a bunch of unnecessary back and forth.

It ended up being a good customer service experience overall, but the issue did make me a little less confident at first. I’d probably order again, though I’d be paying closer attention next time.

I found most of promo items I was looking for, and there was good mix of choices and colors. A few categories felt bit crowded and took some digging, but overall it was good experience
